At Shoes Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item(s). The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  2. Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start the process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our website menu and content, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sandals: Due to hygiene reasons, sandals cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
