Shipping Information

At Shoes Shop, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item(s). The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Packaging

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our website menu and content, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sandals: Due to hygiene reasons, sandals cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
